General class-no equipment necessary

This is a one hour and a quarter general Iyengar yoga class using equipment.
We will start with a grounding exercise to help us become focused before we start our postures.
All sessions end with a guided Savasana
- 2 bricks
- 4 blocks
- Tennis ball
- Bolster if possible
- Chair if possible
I may be able to help you with some equipment, please ask.
