Evening online-general class-equipment necessary but makeshift props can be used
December 5 at 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
This is an online, one hour and a quarter general Iyengar yoga class using equipment.
We will start with a grounding exercise to help us become focused before we start our postures.
All sessions end with a guided Savasana.
Equipment ideally needed:
- 2 bricks
- 4 blocks
- Tennis ball
- Bolster if possible
- Chair if possible
